Welcome! We are Jeanine and Peter, a husband and wife team that will work with you on your business to get you where you need to be and make sure you are able to give your business your full attention while we take care of the day-to-day and behind the scenes with no fuss!

JEANINE

Hi! My name is Jeanine Macintosh and I have been a full-time blogger for the last 7 years and full-time virtual assistant for the last 3 years.

Over the last 7 years running my own business I have worked with top brands and PR companies within Canada and the United States. I’ve built long-term partnerships and a long-term loyal readership that I cherish every single day. With my skills as a content creator, I started helping people on the side while running my blog and grew a passion for being able to help people do things they didn’t know how to do to help their own business.

Content creation, social media management and office administration tasks have always been things I loved to do but decided it was time to put all these skills to use and open my own virtual assistant business to help other businesses flourish.

I’ve worked in influencer marketing for over 4 years, and have a wide background in all things marketing.

With a background (4 years) in customer service as well I offer a wide variety of services that I can stand behind and proudly offer my clients.

I live in Ontario, Canada in the Eastern Timezone. However, this doesn’t prevent me from working with clients in other timezones, as my schedule is always flexible.

Here at JEANINE MACINTOSH Virtual Assistant Services, we not only offer a wide variety of services but these services come with my personal guarantee that we will not only work closely with you to get the results you want and need but also to make sure things run smoothly and correct from the beginning. We expect and maintain an open dialog with all my clients with communication being key.

Over the past several years we have been gaining experience in all aspects of business and marketing. We have a large variety of experience across content creation, virtual assistance, office administration and customer service. My broad-based background comes with an exceptional work ethic that is efficient, loyal and long-term.

PETER

Hi, my name is Peter Macintosh. I have been a free-lance virtual assistant for the last 2 years. Before joining JMVAS I was a stay-at-home dad, and prior to that worked in the restaurant industry managing bars and restaurants for 20+. I studied Marketing at St. Lawrence college in Kingston, Ontario and am a proud father of 8, plus two on the way.

As a free-lance virtual assistant my goals are to help you with the day-to-day, so you can enjoy being at the forefront of your business and not have to worry about the tedious tasks behind the scenes.

Content creation, social media management, and office administration tasks are what I do best. I decided to join Jeanine on this adventure as I saw how much pleasure it brought her, and our family. I joined the team in January of 2021, and I can’t wait to work with you.

With a background as a blog assistant for the last 8+ years, and working with countless brands and PR companies at my own blog the last 2 years, I am confident our team can assist you with all your needs!
